Here we are, once again, almost halfway through another month. Even though there are 5 Tuesdays in November, I always find November to have the least new releases out of all the months. I normally use November to get ‘caught up’ on my TBR but this year I was pleasantly surprised by how many new books are coming out and the first Tuesday of November is packkkeed! Guess that TBR isn’t getting any shorter this month. Since November is ‘Non-Fiction November’, I’m not so surprised by the number of non-fiction books coming out and have even found a few that I’m very excited about. Which is a huge thing for me as I don’t read a ton of non-fiction.
As I always do in my ‘Most Anticipated’ write ups, I’m sharing a few that I’m most excited for first. I then separate out new releases by their release date. I don’t go into too much detail on each of the books being released, because we’d be here forever, but you can always click on the image of the book to get more info.
So let’s talk about the books I’m absolutely looking forward to the most / already loved that are releasing soon!
Iron Flame! Do I have to say more? I have my pre-order in and took the day off work since I had a few extra days to burn. I’m hoping it’s a rainy day, and I plan to do nothing but binging it! While I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea and not the most prolific, I had so much fun reading Fourth Wing. While I read it before all ‘The Hype’, I still recommend any romance, fantasy, or Sarah J Maas fans pick it up!

While I have not read Legends & Lattes yet, I adored the prequel Bookshops & Bonedust which is set to release in November. The audio was great, and I can’t wait to get into L&L!

Naomi Alderman is another fabulous fantasy author and I have already had the chance to read her November release The Future. It’s certainly an enjoyable dystopian novel that makes you think.

I also love Lynn Painter. Her books leave me with a smile on my face, so I was so excited to get a copy of her upcoming release Betting on You, which I’m hoping to read soon. The Love Wager by Painter was one of my favorite books last year, so I’m excited to dive into this YA romance.

Four Weddings and a Puppy is the 5th book in the Pine Hollow series. This is such a cute series that I started last year and can’t wait to head back. Apparently, I never wrote my reviews for the first four books, oops!
I generally will start reading holiday and Christmas books in November, so I’m excited to dive into Erika Johansen’s nutcracker retelling. The Nutcracker is one of my family’s favorite holiday stories and I’m excited to share this with my mom as well.
Lastly, I have really enjoyed Nalini Singh’s previous releases, and that continues with her upcoming release There Should Have Been Eight.
In the coming weeks I will have lots of reviews for more of these November releases, so be sure to subscribe to get weekly updates from SPEAKING OF…, and make sure to follow me on Instagram @speakingof.books.
