October Most Anticipated

If you’re like me than fall is the best time to cozy up with a good book. Especially a good thriller, mystery, or scary book! I’ve got a few lined up already that I want to read in October, but look at all these other amazing books coming out in October that are going to need to be read!

I’m really hoping some of these end up being Book of the Month picks because I’m currently on a budget, and trying to only buy my BOTM books. Anyhow, hope you find something great to look forward to in October!

Each Tuesday make sure to come back and get full details on the books coming out for the week. Plus see full reviews of any of the books I received ARCs of! Sign up to receive notifications of new posts on my blog.

Kicking off October with a bang! I’m a huge Tana French, Alice Hoffman, and V.E.Schwab fan. I cannot wait for their new books to come out and I’m really hoping that one or more of them will be a BOTM pick.

I’m currently reading Confessions on the 7:45, Five Total Strangers, and about to start The Hollow Places. Be sure to check back in the next week for my full review of those three.

Minotaur books is also sending me a copy of A Brotherhood Betrayed, which as a True Crime fan, I’m very excited to read this non-fiction book.

As a lover of The Ten Thousand Doors of January (which came out last year and you can see my full review HERE), I knew I needed to have The Once and Future Witches on my TBR. Also I love a good Lisa Jewell book, so I’m very excited for Invisible Girl.

I have They Never Learn and The Midnight Bargain currently on my iPad waiting to be read. Be sure to check back closer to October 13th for my full reviews of those two!

Where my Agatha Christie fans at?? This new Christie book is a compilation of her winter themed stories! This is something I’m totally going to read once it starts to get cooler.

I loved Lindy West’s Shrill, which was a BOTM add-on in 2019. I’m excited to see what her newest book is going to be about.

The third installment of the Bromance Book Club series! I know October is for spooky & mysterious reads but throwing in a contemporary romance for some comic relief. But don’t worry there are still four other really good looking mystery/thrillers coming out this day!
