Weekly Workout Schedule | September 21, 2020

I’m feeling like I’m getting into a good workout routine. Before COVID I had a solid routine. I would go to Orange Theory four times a week, and then add in 2- 3 runs per week. Once COVID hit though, I fell off the wagon, hard. I’m nowhere near where I want to be, but I’m slowly making my some progress.

Today starts week 4 of the @bodyfitbalance 12 week challenge and week 4 of my half marathon training. I have not seen much decrease in weight but that’s because my diet has been all over the place. It happens when the first two weeks of September are filled with a million birthdays, including your own! That’s life and while I want to be fit and thin, I’m more concerned with enjoying my life, so that’s what I did.

I started and failed at Whole 30 last week as well. I’ll be restarting today. Friendly reminder to not start the week after your birthday, because treats are still being delivered. Today we start again, so instead of Whole 30 day 8-14, we’ll be doing days 1-7 again!
