November is a little bit of a weird month for new releases. Like most years, the release calendar is very front-heavy before the holidays, but there are still plenty of books coming out that feel very Aardvark. And after looking through November releases, I think we could be in for a particularly good month for…

October 2026 Aardvark Predictions
October is basically made for Aardvark, so I’m expecting another month of weird, dark, atmospheric, and slightly unexpected picks. With spooky season officially here, I’m looking for a mix of horror, thrillers, speculative fiction, and a few wildcard picks that feel like the kind of books Aardvark loves to sneak into the box. As always,…
September 2026 | Aardvark Predictions
September is shaping up to be a huge month for Aardvark, and I am so ready for it. As summer fades into cozy reading weather, the September lineup is bringing that perfect mix of buzzy debuts, big-name returns, and under-the-radar gems just waiting to be discovered. This month leans heavy into horror and dark fiction…
August 2026 | Aardvark Predictions
Aardvark never plays it safe and that’s exactly why I love predicting their picks every month. While BOTM tends to lean toward accessible, buzzy titles, Aardvark consistently surfaces books that feel more curated: the ones you wouldn’t have found on your own but can’t put down once you start. August has some strong contenders across…

This will be my third month doing predictions for Aardvark and…

Unlike more mainstream clubs, Aardvark thrives on bold choices and we normally see underrated gems, inventive genre mashups, sharp debuts, and books…

Even though Aardvark is great about giving us hints each month so we know what the picks will be before they ‘go live’, I think it’s fun putting together my own predictions based on my reading and experience with Aardvark. Unlike some other book clubs, I feel that Aardvark is a bit more of a…
