Week 6 of the Body Fit Balance 12 week challenge and week 6 of my half marathon training is here! Week 5 was a great week for working out. I had one of my best runs I’ve done in a long time on Friday. It was 3.5 miles and on the slower side, but I felt great the entire time which is really what matters. In terms of running, I’m really trying build my endurance back up before I switch to focus on speed.
My diet was better last week but continuing to focus on intentional eating is huge for this week. I’m not doing Whole30 but working on a calorie deficit to continue on my weight loss journey. However, alot of my favorite recipes are Whole 30 approved so I’ll be sharing those in the next few weeks.
