Weekly Workout Schedule | September 7, 2020

It’s week 2 of my 16 week challenge. I decided to join @bodyfitbalance in her 12 week challenge and combined it with my 16 week, get back into peak running shape, personal challenge. For a full recap of what this challenge holds for me, check out my post HERE!


This week I’m focusing on just getting everything in and not indulging too much! Today is actually my dad’s birthday, Wednesday is my husband’s brithday, and Saturday is MY birthday. You can see how not over indulging is going to be a challenge. We’re also heading to the lake this week which means I’ll have less motivation to get my workouts in. But I’ve enlisted my mom and sister to keep me on track while we vacation on the water!

For the past two weeks I’ve been attempted to stick to a paleo type lifestyle, nutrition wise, and I’m going to continue trying to stick to that this week. My goal to not drink during the week is going to take a hit this week because birthday drinks will be had! But I’m not going to beat myself up about it. I’ll just monitor and ensure I get my workouts in to not ruin the progress I’ve made so far.

Weekly Motivation Motto

Everyone needs a little extra motivation sometimes. I like to collect quotes that really inspire me. Every week I’m picking on to focus on. This week is all about focusing on the long term goals rather than on the short term stresses that can cause you to quit on your goals.
