I absolutely loved this book! It was a fast, thrilling read that kept me hooked from start to finish. I definitely recommend reading Killing Me first, because Slaying You builds on the chaos from that book. I have to admit, I hated Kat immediately, and honestly, I was glad she got what she deserved. Amber’s parents were the absolute worst, but I loved seeing how much Amber has grown since book one—she’s a smarter, stronger character now, with far fewer “dumb” decisions (though she still has one or two). I’d love for this series to continue because I’m a huge fan of quirky, funny, and distinct characters like Dot. If you love the Finlay Donovan series, this is an absolute must-read.
