My Box
As much as I love getting happy book mail, I decided to skip a box this month—mainly because I already own the three titles I was most interested in, and the rest just didn’t quite catch my attention this time around.
When the wolf comes to home review
Julie Chan is Dead Review
I haven’t heard much buzz about The Pretenders, When the Tides Held the Moon, or Immaculate Conception, so I’m holding off on those for now. Of the ones I do have, I’ve already read/listened to When the Wolves Come Home—it was intense, super gory, but I absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone who can handle the graphic content. I’m currently making my way through Julie Chen is Dead and really enjoying it so far—it’s sharp and engaging. I also have a copy of The Original Daughter, which I haven’t gotten to yet, but everything I’ve heard about it has been glowing.
