July 2024 Most Anticipated

Summer hasn’t even officially started, and y’all is it hot in Texas. We’ve had way too many 100+ days and I’m too pregnant for this weather! The only thing this hot weather makes me want to do is sit in the pool with a cold drink and a fast-paced book! Shocking, right?

During the hotter months I find I can’t concentrate on heavy or deep books much, so you’ll generally find me reading page turning thrillers, fantasy, and tons of romantic comedies until the heat dies down. With that said, my Most Anticipated are really favoring these 3 genres as of now.

I have quite a few advanced copies of the books below, except for The God of the Woods which I’m dying to read. I adored Liz Moore’s Long Bright River and I’m so excited for another book from here. I haven’t read any of the below so far but hope to have 2 or 3 read before the end of the month.
