I’m surprised by this month’s Aardvark picks! I really thought Kiley Reid’s newest release would be pick for another book club, so I was surprised to see it show up here. While I’ve only read one of this month’s picks already, I actually have copies of all of them so far. I’ve read The House of Last Resort so far, but The Tainted Cup is high on my TBR at the moment.

I skipped this month. I actually already have copies of all of this month’s picks. I’ve already read The House of Last Resort and while I was initially very intrigued by the premise, I thought it fell short.
If I was going to choose though I would have grabbed Valley Verified and The Tainted Cup. I love a good Sherlock/Watson storyline, so I’m interested to see how it’s delivered in the first in this new series. Valley Verified is also getting great reviews, and as a woman in Tech, I am always here for a good story about women in the industry.
