Raise you’re hand if you’re a dog person! Me, I am! In case you didn’t notice based on the pictures of my pupper all over Speaking Of.
Lost, Found, and Forever is just the book for all my dog lovers. This not so typical romance follows dog stop owner Justine and her rescue pup Spencer. Spencer and Justine are soul mates and do everything together. Not just a shop keeper, Justine also happens to be great at teaching Spencer tricks, which gets his noticed and optioned to be on a up and coming TV show. All seems to be going well until Justine finds a Facebook post where Spencer’s original owner, Griffin, is still looking for him. Cue the predictability of a romance.
This is such a sweet and quick read. And honestly Spencer, the dog, was the real star. I felt that while the story followed the normal trajectory of a romance book, it was also realistic in it’s efforts. That coupled with the banter and spark between Justine and Griffin made this a four star read for me.
This book is paw-solutely adorable and is available now! Now to teach Sadie to do lots of tricks so we can land big TV contracts too.
