It’s official, first month of my 16 week (4month) workout plan is done! We’re entering phase 2, or month two of the Body Fit Balance Challenge and month two of my half marathon training. This month is all about endurance! Longer runs and EMOM workouts!
Diet has been the hardest thing for me these last few weeks. I was feeling great in August after completely my July Whole 30. I really lost all momentum though with my diet once birthday season came around and I have just not gotten back on the wagon. I’m hoping to start a Whole 30 today and run through October. Now that I’ve got my workout momentum back up and running, October is going to be highly focused on making sure my internal health is up par!
