Weekly Workout Schedule | September 14, 2020

Happy Monday y’all! We are on our last day of birthday weekend celebrations! I’m always excited to have my birthday, but it’s always a little bittersweet to be another year older and have to wait whole year for the next celebrations. I’m only working four days this week, because we’re at the lake today, but my workouts don’t stop even on vaca!

This week I’m focusing on increasing my endurance for my runs and for the number of circuits I do for my workouts. I’m also starting back up on my Whole 30, which is really going to be a Whole 45!

I generally find that I do better on my diet when I do the Whole 30, which is surprising since I’m not very good at saying ‘no’ to food. As long as I’m on Whole 30 though, I really rock my diet.
