We’re halfway through 2026 and my TBR is already out of control but that has never once stopped me from adding more. The second half of the year is looking incredible and I’ve been going through upcoming releases for months now trying to narrow down the ones I’m most excited about. I landed on 26 (one for each year of… wait no, just because it’s 2026 and I thought that was fun) and honestly cutting it down to that number was painful. From thrillers that already have me stressed just reading the synopsis to romantasy I know I’ll devour in a single sitting (I see you ACOTAR 6!), to a few wildcards I’m going in completely blind on, this list has a little bit of everything. Whether you’re planning your summer reads, stacking your fall TBR, or just love being nosy about what other people are excited about, here’s what I’ll be reaching for from July through December.
